These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the GenHouse Facebook ads ebook and follow-up service (the “Program”) offered by GenHouse, owned by Jackie Paulk (“GenHouse,” “we,” “us,” “our”), 9601 W Montgomery Rd, Apt 68, Houston, TX 77088. By purchasing or using the Program, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
2. What the Program includes
The Program includes a digital Facebook ads ebook and follow-up check-ins and email support for from the date of purchase. Follow-up is provided by email and is educational guidance; we do not log in to or manage your ad account unless we agree to that separately in writing.

4. Ad spend

7. No guarantee of results
The Program is educational. We do not guarantee any specific number of clicks, leads, sales, or return on ad spend. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, budget, market, and Meta’s systems. Nothing in the Program is legal, tax, or financial advice.
8. Third-party platforms
GenHouse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. You are responsible for following Meta’s advertising policies. We are not responsible for ad rejections, account restrictions, policy changes, or outages on Facebook or any other platform.
9. Your conduct
You agree to treat our team respectfully and to use the Program lawfully. We may end follow-up support, without refund, for abusive behavior or for sharing the ebook.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or ad spend.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Harris County, Texas.
12. Changes to these Terms
